The location in a cozy area was decent and quiet and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. The whole room was a nice size with good air con, hairdryer, air conditioning.

My stay was nice, no complains at all, can't wait to come back. Fairly clean hotel, delicious and great breakfast, the location is excellent just next door to store, and the beach and main street.

There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was delicious! Location: the hotel was not far from central festival, and second island. Also, Central Festival Samui Mall was 2 km away.

A lovely way to end my trip. Incredibly beautiful hotel with respectful staff, in front of restaurants and bars. The breakfast with many options. Perfect and magnificent location to Walking street. Liked really quiet area.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. Perfect English at the front desk. Flexible with changes. Good location, short walk to the beach. Excellent and cheap laundry facilities. Supermarket and ATM nearby. Free upgrade to superior room. Good food at the on-site restaurant. Spacious room with amenities. Towels provided for the beach.

Rooms good size and clean
Booked for 4 nights as got impression hotel on beach, not true have to cross busy road and walk down then when you get to beach there is no sun loungers for you. Left after 1 night and no refund given as was booked via website they told me and couldnt refund. Overall v poor

Torn sheets and pillow cases. Booked for 5 nights and had to pay in full - stayed one night only. Disgusting experience. Shower is above the toilet and bathroom is decrepit and in need of a rebuild.

The hotel was a perfect romantic escape. The beautiful atmosphere and excellent service created a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious and provided a range of options. The location was great to explore the surrounding area and take romantic walks along the beach. The bed was comfortable and made for a relaxing night's sleep.
the room could have benefitted from some additional amenities to enhance the romantic atmosphere. However, the staff were helpful and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
